The Woods Banquet Hall can accommodate any type of party or event from weddings and anniversaries to banquets and business seminars.  Our banquet rooms all overlook the picturesque Woods Golf Course, are seasonally decorated and offer the areas largest bars to accommodate your guests with ease.

Birch Room

THE BIRCH ROOM

With a large private bar, large flat screen TV, double sided fireplace and large dance floor.  The best views of the golf course.

THE OAK ROOM

Outstanding views of the golf course, large private bar with flat screen TV and a beautiful hardwood dance floor.

can accommodate any event and serves 60 - 175 people. 

THE PUB NORTH

Perfect for meetings, birthday parties, baby showers and bridal showers.  Quite and cozy.

Policies and Procedures

• In arranging for private functions, the attendance must be confirmed 7 days in advance.  Your number can be changed up to 3 days prior to function.  This will be considered the minimum guarantee, not subject to reduction.  We will set & prepare for 5% over your guaranteed number.

 

• No food or beverage will be permitted to be brought on The Woods premises without special permission from Management.

 

• The Woods shall not assume responsibility for damage or loss of articles left prior to, during, or following your planned function.

 

• No decorations or items can be affixed to walls, floors, lights, or ceilings without prior approval.

 

• No tape is to be use without the approval of The Woods staff.

 

• No tea lights or votive candles allowed unless in a holder that completely encases the flame when lit.

 

• No rice or confetti allowed on premises.

 

• No crepe paper of any kind allowed.

 

• Management reserves the right to refuse certain decorations.  Anyone not following these decorating guidelines may forfeit the Security Deposit.

 

• Payment is due in full upon completion of your function.

 

• Management of The Woods will make room assignments according to guaranteed numbers and are subject to change.

 

• Groups that claim Tax Exempt Status must provide The Woods with a State Sales Tax Exemption Certificate.
